Keynote Speakers
Juhani Anttila
Mr.Anttila has worked in the area of “quality management” for many years, being a quality manager for leading Finnish companies Nokia and Sonera. Currently he has been a consultant co-operating with ISO/TC 176 technical committee that is preparing a new revision of ISO 9000 of 2009.
His topic - “From quality management to quality of management” - emphasis the role of quality managers within organizations, quality control, couching and leading changes from a quality management system to a system of quality management of an organization.
Gregory H. Watson
Mr. Gregory H.Watson is a President of Business Excellence Solutions, Ltd., ex-president of the American Society for Quality, vice-president of IAQ (International Academy for Quality) and a member of several professional organizations and academic associations. Mr.Watson is an author of seven monographs dealing with quality and benchmarking and Six Sigma and a co-author of four anthologies.
His topic is “New Role of the Quality Managers in innovation, sustainable development and leading change”. What makes an organization great is its philosophy, procedures, control and its founders. The presentation focuses on the art of founding a company, how to succeed and how to judge whether a company has a potential to be successful.
Stephen K. Hacker
Mr. Stephen K.Hacker is an executive chairman of Transformation Systems Int'l and a member of the board of directors of The Performance Centre of which he is also an executive director.He is an author of many books and newspaper articles. He was awarded an RA Maass Award for his research on customer-supplier relationships. He is a member of international teams for leading changes.
His topic is “How could the Quality Managers build effective teams to meet future performance requirements”. When improving performance it is necessary to proceed gradually and build on standardization and principles of continual improvement. Become familiar with the most efficient team structure that reflects the requirements of working in an environment of a new social reality, structure that better meets the need for professional quality, structure that allows you to achieve your goals more easily.

After the presentations 3 workshops (brainstorming) will follow each one of which will focus on one of the abovementioned topics with respect to how future requirements for quality managers of 21st century can be met.

The workshops will be divided by lunch into two parts. Outputs resulting from individual workshops will be presented at a plenary discussion attended by all three groups.
English is the official language of the Seminar. Interpretation into Czech will be available at both the
seminar and workshops.
